Melted Butter, 1/2 Cup
Cocoa Powder, 3 Tablespoons
Baking Soda, 1 Tablespoon
Sugar, 1 3/4 Cup
Mochiko Flour, 2 Cups
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 Cup
Evaporated Milk, 1 Can
Coconut Milk, 1 Can
Eggs, 2 Eggs
Vanilla Extract, 2 Teaspoons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cucps mochiko flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
  • 1 can coconut milk (12 oz.)
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Sift together mochiko, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
  2. Melt butter with the chocolate chips.
  3. Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  4. Add chocolate to the milk mixture and stir.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan or 2 8x8 pans.
  6. Bake and 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool before slicing.
