Chocolate Butter Mochi

Melted Butter, 1/2 Cup
Cocoa Powder, 3 Tablespoons
Baking Soda, 1 Tablespoon
Sugar, 1 3/4 Cup
Mochiko Flour, 2 Cups
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 Cup
Evaporated Milk, 1 Can
Coconut Milk, 1 Can
Eggs, 2 Eggs
Vanilla Extract, 2 Teaspoons

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cucps mochiko flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
- 1 can coconut milk (12 oz.)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Sift together mochiko, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
- Melt butter with the chocolate chips.
- Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Add chocolate to the milk mixture and stir.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan or 2 8x8 pans.
- Bake and 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool before slicing.
